Classica Travel Ltd. Works on the Bulgarian and international markets as we offer properties in Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece etc. mainly our properties are apartments, villas, houses and land that are suitable for private customers as well for companies or groups of companies with investment projects. Our activities require very good knowing of the market and absolute punctuality when it comes to satisfying our client’s needs. For the foreign clients we provide legal assistance for opening a Bulgarian company from their side when it’s required. If a foreign client decides to start bigger investment project in the Republic of Bulgaria we will supply him with all kinds of help – information, technical or administrative. Currently Classica Travel Ltd is working on building-investment project. It is a private, “small city” type village near the City of Smolian. The Smolian’s lakes that are close to the city are showing a stunning view to the mountain hills and all this – in Bulgaria’s most-ecological region. Our villas will be in immediate proximity of the existing resort “Pamporovo” and the ski lift station of the impressive new project “Perelik”.
Our private tourist village will include individual villas, studios, two- and three bedroom apartments and maisonettes. The complex will include shops, restaurants, beauty saloons and swimming pool with gym. There will be a 24/7 working reception desk and the working personnel will be taking care of your properties even in your absence.
